Methi Paratha

1 big bunch of methi leaves cleaned washed and finely chopped.
2 1/2 cups of wheat flour
2 tsp dhania powder
4 tsp chili powder or 3-4 finely chopped green chillies [You can reduce the amount if you want it less spicy]
1 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp of ginger and garlic paste [Optional]
4 tbsp curd
1 tsp lemon juice or amchur powder
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste


  1. Mix all the above ingredients together and make into a dough ball
  2. Let it rest for about 1 hour
  3. Roll out into thin parathas
  4. Fry with a little oil on a tava or griddle.
